How will people
get invoices |
-
Comes
in the letter mail (see above). -
If the
user is working from home then this letter mail will be scanned to an email
as a PDF document (by someone at the Disaster Recovery office) and then
emailed to the user needing it. |
|
How will
invoices get approved |
Payables
Invoices Same as today if working in Disaster Recovery office. If the person needing to approve the invoice was working from
home they would be sent the invoice as a PDF document. Once they looked over
and approved the document they would send the PDF document to accounting
saying that they approve it. Accounting would put it in SAP. Of course, in
the SAP world Don says anyone can approve an invoice (meaning anyone can
enter it into the SAP system). Receivable
Invoices Same as today if working in Disaster Recovery office. If working from home see the note ‘Printing if working from home’
to print the document and snail-mail it to the customer like normal. |
