VPN Client and Remote Desktop Instructions

Step 1:  Install GlobalProtect VPN Client 
  1. Go to https://vpn2.rachisholm.com
  2. Enter your Chisholm username (example: myles or ianj) and password and press enter
  3. On the new page click the file that is appropriate for the computer you are using. (New Windows PCs are usually 64 bit)
  4. Install this file on your computer by clicking ‘Run’ or saving the file to your computer and then double clicking it. Accept the defaults.
  5. When the GlobalProtect program is installed and opens fill in the following:
    • Beside Portal type:   vpn2.rachisholm.com then click Connect
    • Type your Chisholm username (example: myles or ianj) and your Chisholm password then click Sign In
    • Answer your cell phone and press any key as instructed
Step 2 :  Launch GlobalProtect VPN Client and authenticate (to get access to Chisholm servers)
  •  If new GlobalProtect VPN client is already installed on your PC
    • Right click the GlobalProtect icon and choose Connect
      • NOTE: The GlobalProtect icon is near the clock. You may have to click the up arrow   to see it. Drag the GlobalProtect icon to the same line as the clock to make it more accessible in the future (see the picture below)

    • Enter your Chisholm username (example: zoran or paulb) and Chisholm password then press enter. (Answer your cell phone and press any key if called)
Step 3: (optional) To map the F: drive
  • To logon to the Remote Office Server RDP to AzureRDS1-2018
